Follow the F3 freeway north and take the Budgewoi / Swansea / Charlestown exit which is the second exit after the Twin Caltex Service Centres. Go through Swansea, across the bridge, turn left into Marks Point Road at the Mobil Service Station. Then up to 151 at the top of the hill.
